Limited Transferable Lifetime Warranty

Deluxe Garages guarantees that our products will not yellow from UV exposure for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Additionally, when properly installed and prepared, our coatings will not chip, peel, separate, or delaminate on vertical or horizontal surfaces, indoors or outdoors, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. We also warrant that all products will be free from manufacturing defects under these conditions.

If a product issue arises, replacement is limited to the original cost of materials or a replacement at Deluxe Garages’ discretion (shipping, taxes, and tariffs excluded). Deluxe Garages’ sole obligation under this warranty is to provide replacement materials to repair or correct the affected areas. A representative or factory-trained installer must inspect the affected areas to determine the cause and method of failure before any repairs are performed. Our installers will make every effort to complete any necessary repairs promptly and professionally. Deluxe Garages warrants that all products will be free from defects under these conditions. Replacement is limited to original cost of materials or replacement, at the choice of Deluxe Garages (excluding shipping, taxes, and/or tariffs). Deluxe Garages sole responsibility under this warranty shall be the cost of replacement materials to fix or repair the failed areas only. A representative or original factory trained installer must be present to assess the failed areas and judge the cause and mode of failure prior to any fix or repairs being made. Installers shall make their best effort to repair any issues in a timely manner.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty covers the materials only at their original installation site. It becomes void if the products are installed in violation of local codes or ordinances, or if used in applications or conditions for which they were not intended.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, alterations, accidents, fire, extreme heat (over 250°F), animal chewing or clawing, corrosive liquids, smoke, iron oxide penetration, hydrostatic pressure, or similar causes. It also does not apply if the substrate was improperly prepared according to Deluxe Garages’ instructions, or if products were mixed with or applied over materials not approved in the instructions—such as unapproved solvents, thinners, or inferior paints and coatings—or used in ways other than their intended purpose.

Proper concrete preparation requires mechanical grinding to remove all previous coatings, sealers, efflorescence, water repellents, curing compounds, oils, grease, waxes, or any other material that could affect adhesion. The prepared surface must have a profile equivalent to 50–100 grit, a neutral pH of 7, and moisture vapor transmission of no more than 3 pounds. Deluxe Garages is not responsible for testing or determining moisture transmission within the concrete substrate. Under this warranty, liability is limited to the cost of replacement materials only.

How To Make A Claim

To make a warranty claim, promptly contact Deluxe Garages at service@deluxegarages.com, including the installer or purchase source, type of material, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Warranty claims must include photos of the alleged damage sent to the email above. Deluxe Garages reserves the right to inspect any claimed defective material and verify coverage at its factory laboratory.

This warranty is limited to providing replacement materials to the original purchaser, based on the amount needed to repair or replace the defective product. Customers are responsible for any additional costs, including installation or price differences beyond the original purchase.

All surfaces may be slippery, particularly when wet. Deluxe Garages is not responsible for injuries resulting from slips or falls. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safety of themselves and their guests. While slip-resistant additives can reduce the risk, there is no guarantee that coated surfaces will be completely slip-proof. Deluxe Garages assumes no liability for slip-and-fall accidents.

Paid Repairs

Customers experiencing damage from cracks, crumbling, or substrate failure may have their coatings repaired, with a minimum service charge starting at $250. Repairs are also available for damage caused by the customer to their own floor.

Miscellaneous

No one is authorized to make additional warranties on behalf of Deluxe Garages. Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the warranty period stated above. Deluxe Garages’ sole responsibility for any defect is as outlined in this warranty, and claims for incidental or consequential damages—including water damage—are excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We recommend printing this certificate, filling out the information on the reverse side, and keeping it for your records. Proof of purchase, the warranty’s effective date, and/or product batch numbers may be required. If proof of purchase or batch information is unavailable, the warranty effective date will default to the product’s manufacturing date.

We warranty that our TSR Concrete Coatings products will not yellow due to UV rays for a lifetime of the original purchaser and will not chip, peel, separate or delaminate from its properly installed and prepared, vertical or horizontal, interior or exterior surface for lifetime of the original purchaser. TSR Concrete Coatings warrants that all products will be free from defects under these conditions. Replacement is limited to original cost of materials or replacement, at the choice of TSR Concrete Coatings (excluding shipping, taxes, and/or tariffs). TSR Concrete Coatings sole responsibility under this warranty shall be the cost of replacement materials to fix or repair the failed areas only. A representative or original factory trained installer must be present to assess the failed areas and judge the cause and mode of failure prior to any fix or repairs being made. Installers shall make their best effort to repair any issues in a timely manner.

This warranty applies to the material at its original place or installation. The warranty will be void if the materials are installed in violation of applicable local codes or ordinances, or if installed in a particular situation not intended for product use.

Warranty Exclusions

Abuse, alterations, damage due to animal chewing or clawing, cutting, chipping, accident, fire, corrosive liquids, extreme heat damage (over 250 degrees F), smoke damage, iron oxide penetration, hydrostatic water pressure and the like. Failure to properly prepare the substrate surface as per TSR Concrete Coatings instructions or advisories, or if products are installed or applied on top of, or mixed with other products not approved within the supplied instructions such as mixing TSR products with unapproved solvents or thinners, or applying TSR products over existing inferior paints or coatings, or otherwise using the products for other than their approved intended use. Proper concrete surface preparation by mechanical grinding includes removing all previous coatings, sealers, laitance, efflorescence, water repellents, curing compounds, oils, grease, waxes, and any other impediments to adhesion. The required surface profile must have a minimum 50 to 100 grit, a neutral pH of 7 and a moisture vapor transmission not to exceed 3 pounds. TSR Concrete Coatings is not responsible for determining if moisture transmission exists within the concrete substrate. TSR Concrete Coatings warranty liability will not exceed the cost of replacement materials.

How To Make A Claim

Promptly notify TSR Concrete Coatings at service@tsrconcretecoatings.com, from whom the surface was installed and purchased, supply type of material, date of purchase and a description of the problem. A requirement of the warranty is that if you are attempting to make a claim you must submit pictures of the alleged damage to the email above. TSR Concrete Coatings reserves the right at all times to inspect the claimed defective material and verify warranty coverage at its factory laboratory. This warranty shall be limited to replacement materials to the original purchaser of the product cost as determined by the amount of replacement materials required to repair or replace the defective product. The customer shall be responsible for the remainder of any costs of installation or product price increase over and above the original purchase price. Any surface can be slippery, especially when wet with any fluid. In no event shall TSR Concrete Coatings be responsible for injury incurred by a slip or fall situation. It is the purchasers sole responsibility to provide for their own safety and the safety of their guests. While slip resistant additives assist slip/fall prevention, there is no guarantee that someone will not slip while walking on coated areas. TSR Concrete Coatings assumes no responsibility for slip-fall accidents.

Paid Repairs

Customers who have damage via cracks, crumbling or substrate failure are eligible to have their coatings repaired with a minimum service charge starting at $250. Damage the customer causes to their own floor are eligible to be repaired as well.

Miscellaneous

No one is authorized to make any other warranties on our behalf, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SPECIFIED ABOVE TSR Concrete Coatings LLC. SOLE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEFECT SHALL BE AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY AND ANY CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGE FROM WATER LEAKAGE) ARE EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We suggest you print this certificate and complete the information on the reverse and retain this warranty certificate in the event this warranty information is needed. Reasonable proof of purchase and/or the effective date of the warranty must be presented and/or product batch numbers, otherwise the effective date will be based upon the date of the identified batch manufacture.
